The Coral Gables HS Boys Volleyball Booster Club, along with Phoenix sports have been working deligently to get the approval of two sand courts on the CGSHS campus.  Guess what, we finally got it!  It is our hope that through various fundraising efforts such as this tournament, along with the help of our friends and families who support the Gables volleyball program and school, we will have these courts built in the 2023-2024 school year! With the help of these sand courts, the skills of CGSHS volleyball players, both girls and boys will be enhanced tremendously.  We hope these courts will open avenues of opportunity to create a competitive girl’s beach vball team (FHSAA) with a boys beach volleyball team soon afterwards. The building of these courts will continue a volleyball legacy on campus for future Cavs to enjoy for years to come. This space will also be available to other athletes to take advantage for sand training as well as to our volleyball community members for clinics and tournaments for all levels and ages.  The Gables volleyball program has the overwhelming support of the CGSHS Principal and the Athletic Director and we thrilled to have the chance to co-host this fundraiser tournament.
